Car Driving Lesson Cancellation Policy
Road Sense Driving School requires a minimum of 48hrs notice of cancellations, this also includes Gift vouchers or prepaid lessons through employment agencies or trust funds. We understand that circumstances may occur Example: after school activity, work, and sickness however please do not book lessons if you are not sure that you can commit, a Driving Lesson is a commitment to yourself and your instructor.
A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged for short notice cancellations. We do give consideration to extreme or extenuating circumstances.
Full fee will be charged for students that are not home at the time of instructor’s arrival or if the lesson has been cancelled whilst the instructor is on the way to the students pick up point, however if a student is not at the pick up point and is running late the lesson will still proceed and finish at the original end time.
If a Road Sense Driving School Driving Instructor is running late the lesson will start from the time of arrival. Any cancellation fee will be charged on the students next lesson should there be no next lesson an invoice will be sent out to the address stated on the students licence.
Road Sense Driving School remains the right to refuse instruction of any student for the below reasons:
1.Student refuses to pay short notice cancellation fee
2.Student consistently has short notice cancellations
3.Student consistently argues with the instructor
4.Student constantly shows no interest in learning
5.Student deliberately driving in a dangerous manner
6. If there is a personality clash between Student and Instructor
Road Sense Driving School vehicles will not be available to use for the driving Test if the student is not to up to the required Test level standard.
